Mr. Sushil Choudhery developed India’s first mozzarella cheese recipe, marking the start of a journey that would redefine Indian dairy innovation.

Choudhery’s Cheese Bazar officially came to life, rooted in New Delhi. With humble beginnings, the brand began serving quality cheese with passion.

Mr. Choudhery received the prestigious Niryat Rattan Award and a Gold Medal by ICME — honoring his contribution to dairy excellence.

Inspired by global techniques, CCB introduced exotic cheeses like Gouda, Edam, Feta, and Cheddar - tailored for Indian palates.
